Our SweetFlair Christmas Wreath Cakes are available in four sizes, perfect for everything from intimate festive gatherings to larger Christmas celebrations. Each cake stands approximately 4 inches tall and is beautifully crafted with two layers of cake, delicious fillings and silky Italian meringue buttercream.

• 8-inch Wreath Cake – Approximately 18 coffee-size servings.

• 10-inch Wreath Cake – Approximately 24 coffee-size servings.

• 12-inch Wreath Cake – Approximately 36 coffee-size servings.

• 14-inch Wreath Cake – Approximately 48 coffee-size servings.

Serving quantities are estimates based on Australian coffee-size portions. Actual servings may vary depending on how the cake is cut. Each wreath features a decorative open centre, creating an elegant Christmas table centrepiece that's as beautiful as it is delicious. Decorations such as the ribbon and balls are not edible and need to be removed from the cake before cutting.

Storage

• Keep your cake refrigerated if not consumed within a few hours.

Serving

Italian meringue buttercream is beautifully silky and smooth when served at the appropriate temperature.

For the best flavour and texture, allow your cake to soften slightly before serving, while keeping the total time out of refrigeration as short as possible.

Serving times will vary depending on room temperature and cake size. Always follow the specific instructions provided with your order.

Transporting Your Cake

• Keep the cake box flat and level throughout transport.

• Place the cake on a stable surface, preferably in the boot or footwell of an air-conditioned vehicle.

• Never place your cake on a car seat or someone's lap.

• Drive carefully, avoiding sudden braking and sharp turns.

Cake Collection

Complimentary cake collection is available from our location in Blakehurst, NSW 2221.

• Weekday Collection between 10am-3pm

• Weekend and Public Holiday Collection between 9-10am

• Your confirmed collection date and time will be provided with your order confirmation.

• Our full collection address and instructions will be supplied prior to pickup.

• Please arrive within your allocated collection window to ensure your cake is ready.

Important: We recommend transporting your cake on a flat, stable surface in an air-conditioned vehicle. Cakes should not be placed on car seats or held on a passenger's lap.

Sydney Cake Delivery

SweetFlair offers delivery to selected suburbs throughout Sydney, subject to availability.

Delivery fees are calculated based on the delivery location, distance from Blakehurst and any special delivery requirements. Fees will be confirmed once order is taken.

Our delivery areas may include:

• St George: Blakehurst, Hurstville, Kogarah, Oatley, Sans Souci and surrounding suburbs $25.

• Sutherland Shire: Miranda, Caringbah, Cronulla, Sutherland and surrounding suburbs $35.

• Inner West: Marrickville, Newtown and selected surrounding suburbs $45.

• Eastern Suburbs & Sydney CBD: Selected locations subject to availability $55.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are quoted separately from the cake price and confirmed after your order is finalised.

Delivery availability and charges depend on the destination, order size, delivery date and scheduling requirements.

Additional charges may apply for longer distances, restricted-access locations or special delivery arrangements.

Delivery Dates & Times

All SweetFlair cakes are made to order, and deliveries are scheduled in advance.

We will confirm your delivery date and an estimated delivery window prior to dispatch.

While we make every effort to arrive within the agreed timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our control.

For events with a strict start time, we recommend arranging delivery well in advance.

Christmas Collection & Delivery

During the festive season, SweetFlair offers scheduled collection and selected Sydney delivery options for our limited-edition Christmas Wreath Cakes.

Due to increased demand during Christmas, delivery and collection spaces are limited and must be reserved in advance.

We recommend placing your Christmas order early to secure your preferred date.

Christmas Eve collection and delivery availability will be confirmed when festive preorders open.

Receiving Your Cake

To ensure your cake is received safely:

• Please ensure someone is available at the agreed delivery address during the scheduled delivery window.

• Provide accurate delivery details, including any access instructions.

• Cakes must be received in person and cannot be left unattended unless expressly agreed and appropriate.

• If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or no one being available, additional delivery charges may apply for a second attempt.

1. Orders & Availability

All Christmas Wreath Cakes are made to order and subject to availability.

Due to the busy festive season, we accept a limited number of orders for each collection and delivery date.

We recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment.

SweetFlair reserves the right to close preorders once production capacity has been reached.

2. Payment & Order Confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of ordering to secure your Christmas Wreath Cake.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued by SweetFlair.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD).

3. Cake Sizes, Flavours & Servings

Our Christmas Wreath Cakes are available in four sizes, with a choice of Vanilla Bean & Passionfruit or Dark Chocolate & Raspberry.

All serving quantities are approximate and based on Australian coffee-size portions.

Actual servings may vary depending on how the cake is cut.

4. Design & Decorations

Every SweetFlair cake is individually handcrafted, making each creation unique.

While we aim to recreate the design shown in our product photographs, minor variations in floral arrangements, piping, decorative placement and colour may occur.

Certain decorative elements may be substituted with suitable alternatives of comparable quality and appearance if unavailable.

Any significant changes to the agreed design will be discussed with the customer where practicable.

Some decorations are non-edible and must be removed before serving.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that Christmas plans can sometimes change.

Requests to amend your cake size, flavour, collection date or delivery details must be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.

As our cakes are made specifically for each customer, cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Any applicable cancellation charges will reflect the terms agreed at purchase and relevant costs incurred, subject to Australian Consumer Law.

6. Collection & Delivery

Complimentary collection is available by appointment from Blakehurst, NSW 2221.

Delivery is available to selected Sydney suburbs for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the cake at the agreed time.

7. Cake Storage & Handling

Our Christmas Wreath Cakes contain perishable ingredients and must be stored and handled correctly.

Customers must follow the storage, transportation and serving instructions provided by SweetFlair.

SweetFlair is not responsible for damage or deterioration caused solely by improper handling, storage or transportation after collection or delivery.

This does not exclude any responsibility or remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Customers are encouraged to review our Allergens & Dietary Information before ordering.

9. Product Quality & Concerns

10. Unforeseen Circumstances

In the unlikely event that SweetFlair is unable to fulfil a confirmed order due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.

Where we cannot supply the agreed cake, customers will be offered a full refund or an alternative arrangement they agree to.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

As our cakes are freshly prepared, personalised and perishable, we kindly ask that you review our Returns & Refunds Policy before placing your order.

We understand that plans can sometimes change.

• More than 14 days before collection or delivery: Cancellations are eligible for a refund, less any reasonable, clearly disclosed non-refundable costs already incurred specifically for your order.

• 7–14 days before collection or delivery: Refund requests will be assessed based on preparation work completed, ingredients purchased and other costs already incurred.

• Less than 7 days before collection or delivery: As production and preparations may already be underway, we generally cannot offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations.

Requests to change your cake size, flavour, design or collection date are subject to availability and must be approved by SweetFlair.

These cancellation conditions apply to change-of-mind requests and do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns of Perishable Products

For food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept physical returns of cakes once they have been collected or delivered, unless a return is required under applicable law.

We do not generally offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect ordering or personal taste preferences.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your cake arrives damaged, is significantly different from what was agreed upon, or has a quality issue, please contact SweetFlair as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

Please provide your order details, a description of the concern and clear photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and work with you towards an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair where appropriate, partial refund or full refund, depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

The suggested 24-hour notification period does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Collection & Delivery

Once your cake has been collected, or safely delivered to the agreed location, responsibility for its appropriate handling and storage passes to the customer.

SweetFlair cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by improper transportation, handling, storage, exposure to heat or accidents occurring after collection or delivery, unless the issue arises from a failure on our part or applicable consumer guarantees.

Handmade Decorations & Design Variations

Christmas preorder cancellations and amendments are subject to the cancellation conditions outlined above.
