Flavours

At Sweet Flair, each cake is meticulously thought and designed specifically for you. We use the finest seasonal ingredients to bring you a flawless tasting experience and leave you and your guest in complete awwww.

We use REAL free range eggs, Pepa Saya butter and NO pre-mixed cake packages or seed/veg oils.

Cakes are made fresh without any nasties with real fruit, vanilla bean and Callebaut chocolate!

Our meringue buttercream is not super sweet; it contains less sugar and more love.

Our jams, curds and fillings are also all homemade. Taste the difference!

Dark Lover

Callebaut dark chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache and/or chocolate meringue buttercream with the choice of: 

• Nutella and roasted caramelised hazelnuts OR

• Raspberry jam and fresh raspberries OR

• Salted caramel (whiskey) cream

(Due to the unfortunate price rise of chocolate, this flavour will be priced accordingly)

Vanilla Queen

Vanilla bean cake layered with a choice of raspberry, blueberry or passionfruit jelly or jam and curd incased in Italian meringue buttercream.

Lemon Dream

Lemon sponge cake, Italian meringue buttercream with a choice of homemade lemon or blueberry curd or fig jam and/or curds.

Caramel Charm

Caramel mud cake, Italian meringue buttercream, salted caramel sauce and roasted caramelised pecans (optional).

Arabic Flair

Rose water, roasted pistacchio and cardamom sponge cake layered with raspberry jam and/or curd incased in Italian meringue buttercream.

Velvet Love

Red Velvet cake layered with Italian meringue buttercream or white chocolate ganache.

Afternoon Tea

Early Grey sponge cake layered with passionfruit curd or fig jam incased in Italian meringue buttercream.

Chestnut cake layered with chestnut cream, crunchy meringue incased in Italian meringue buttercream.
